The Guilds Question Ledger

The Answers Given to Members of the Guild Before they Take the Pledge. Read. Ask. Decide.

Then Stand with us - or Walk Alone.

1 Spark = $1.33

Because Sparks are not just currency- they are power.

1 Spark = $1.33 in value within the Guild.

But it is more than that. Sparks connect you to Allies. To Tradesmen, Creators, and Merchants sworn to defend each other from isolation and inflation. You will fill downtime, move overstock, and grow stronger - without leaning on outside banks or discounting to strangers.

Use Sparks to protect your craft, use cash to build your kingdom.

Yes but, Sparks are the lifeblood of every Dinamyte trade.

Cash is optional — but Sparks are not.

Each business sets its own prices and holds full control over what it offers.

However, consistent refusal to honor Sparks weakens the guild and undermines the system we’ve built to protect one another.

Any ongoing pattern of inactivity or Spark denial will be brought to the attention of Dinamyte leadership. We will reach out with a proposed Action Plan to reconnect, re-engage, and ensure every member upholds their duty to the trade circle.

This is not a marketplace. This is a guild.
We rise — or fall — together.

Because a discount loses you cash. A trade earns you value.

When you discount, you shrink your income.
When you trade with Sparks, you keep your full rate — and walk away with credit you can spend inside the guild.

It’s not charity. It’s strategy.
Sparks protect your dollars and connect you to a trusted network that spends back with you.

Never. You Hold the Reigns. Most Guild members advertise specific services/products they accept Sparks fully. You can also set an agreed upon percentage of Sparks accepted for payment, that usually ends up being around 25-33% but can be as little as 1%, or as much as 100%. You are in control.

  • Haircut ($35): Paid 100% in Sparks = 26.32 Sparks: ($8.68/24.8% saved)
  • Website Design ($900): Paid 35% in Sparks =236.84 Sparks + $585 cash:($315/35% saved)
  • HVAC Installation: Paid 25% in Sparks = 3,383.46 Sparks + $13,500 cash: ($1,117/6.36% saved)

Yes — you are always in control of your business.

You can accept as little as 0% Sparks (though at that point, there’s little reason to be in the Guild), or go all-in with 100% Sparks, where you’re guaranteed a 33% value boost on every trade.

Many members choose a split — 50/50, 70/30, or set monthly Spark caps to balance cashflow and community.

Dinamyte gives you the structure.
You set the terms.
Just be clear, fair, and consistent — that’s what keeps the Guild strong.

No — that breaks the circle and weakens the Guild.

Dinamyte is built on mutual trade, not one-way gain. Accepting Sparks without offering value in return drains the system and betrays the oath.

Every member is expected to earn, spend, and circulate — not hoard or extract.

If a pattern of inactivity or imbalance appears, Dinamyte staff will step in with an Action Plan to restore fair participation.

This is a Guild, not a gimmick. We rise — or fall — together.

You earn Sparks by serving the guild.

Offer services to fellow businesses, refer new members, or step up with clear and obvious acts of service for your community.
Each deed strengthens our circle — and rewards you in return

After 30 days of no trade, a small 5% inactivity fee is applied monthly.

This fee encourages steady participation and keeps Sparks in active circulation, strengthening the guild economy.

But fear not — even a simple act of service, like a cupcake, haircut, or brief consultation, resets the clock and proves your place in the circle.

No — but there is a refund window after entry.

  • Guildsman: 45 days

  • Guildfathers: 90 days

This gives every new member a fair chance to test the waters, prove their place, and decide if the brotherhood is right for them.

Not at All. You trade with the Guild - not just one man. Earn Sparks from one Brother, spend them with another. It is a web of Strength, not a chain. No haggling. No Favors Owed. Just a trusted circle where value flow through freely, and your reputation carries weight.

If a business scams you or delivers poor service, we step in.

Dinamyte is not a free-for-all — it's a guild bound by honor. If a member violates trust, report it directly. We’ll investigate, mediate, and if needed, issue penalties or revoke membership entirely.

Your Sparks are backed by more than value — they’re backed by our word.

If a Guild member leaves and still owes you Sparks, Dinamyte steps in to protect the circle.

All trades are recorded, and debts are tracked in the official ledger. If a member exits while owing Sparks, their balance becomes frozen and enforceable under Guild policy.

We will reach out, mediate, and if necessary, apply internal penalties or bring legal action against the defendant to recover the value owed if found reasonable.

No one walks away from a debt without consequence.

Your work will not be forgotten — and your Sparks will not vanish.

We prevent abuse through accountability, transparency, and consequences.

Every trade is logged. Every member has a visible record. If someone hoards Sparks, refuses to trade, delivers bad service, or breaks trust — we step in fast.

Dinamyte uses:

  • Public ledgers for transparency

  • Rank and reputation systems to reward good actors

  • Action Plans for inactive or selfish members

  • Suspensions, bans, or legal action if needed

This isn’t a free-for-all. It’s a brotherhood of business — and no one rises at the expense of the circle.

Because there’s no “top,” no empty promises, and no profit without real service.

Dinamyte is a guild — not a gimmick. You’re not paying to recruit others. You’re paying to join a working trade network where value is earned, not promised.

There are no tiers of passive income. No fake levels. No fantasy returns.

Every Spark you earn comes from real work, real trades, and real people.

We track everything. We publish the ledger.
And if anyone breaks trust, we step in.

This isn’t a scheme.
It’s a stand — against the systems that forgot small business.

Yes.  "The Ledger" Dinamyte - Google Sheets

Right now, there’s no app — trades are logged manually by the Guildmaster.

When two members complete a transaction, they simply tell the Guildmaster (that’s me) and I enter it into the official Sparks ledger.

This ensures every trade is tracked, verified, and backed by real value.

A fully automated system is in the works and will be integrated into the professional version of the Dinamyte website.

Once launched, members will be able to log trades directly, view balances, and print reports — all without middleman steps.

For now, think of it as old-school trust backed by modern bookkeeping.
Soon, it’ll be both armored and automated.

Treat Sparks like any other non-cash transaction — because that’s exactly what they are.

Each Spark is valued at $1.33, and every trade should be recorded at fair market value, just like bartering.
You’re not losing — you’re gaining. A 100% Spark payment means you’re earning 33% more than cash alone — value you can use for emergencies, essential services, growing your business, or, if you’re feeling generous, giving back to your wider community.

Tell your bookkeeper or tax preparer:

  • “We use a barter system called Sparks.”
  • “Each Spark equals $1.33 in trade value.”
  • "All trades are logged like cash — income in, expenses out.”
  •  "Barter income is reported on IRS Form 1099-B or Schedule C, depending on your structure. "

The IRS treats barter as taxable — so report it honestly, track it clearly, and deduct what you’re allowed.
Dinamyte provides the system. Your books provide the proof.

Any business that offers real value and stands by its word can join Dinamyte.

Whether you’re a solo tradesman, a full-service shop, a local artist, or a professional firm — if you provide honest work, treat people right, and believe in mutual support, there’s a place for you here.

This isn’t about industry.
It’s about integrity.

Not Yet.

While Dinamyte is primarily built for business-to-business trade, the idea of allowing everyday Americans to join as Citizens is something we’re exploring.

These Citizens wouldn’t just be consumers — they’d be benefactors of local trade, supporters of small business, and allies in the fight for economic independence.

If and when this path opens, we’ll especially welcome working- and middle-class Americans who want to put their dollars toward something real — not just spend, but stand for something.

No — but those who do earn respect.

Wearing a suit isn’t required, but it is encouraged. It’s a symbol — of pride, discipline, and unity.

When you suit up, you’re not just dressing for business. You’re representing yourself aas well as the Guild.

It's not a uniform or a costume. It's armor.

No — but having proof of membership helps you trade smoother and earn respect.

You don’t need to print anything or carry a card, but many members choose to carry a Guild ID, Spark ledger, or display a member certificate in their shop.

It shows you're official, verified, and part of something real.

Digital records are maintained by Dinamyte, and in the near future, we plan to introduce a Sparks debit or charge card system to make transactions and logging even easier — swipe, trade, done.

For now, the Guild runs on honor and recordkeeping.

But soon, it’ll run on infrastructure too.

Swearing an oath means you’re not just joining a network — you’re pledging loyalty to a cause.

It’s a promise to trade fairly, uphold your word, and protect the integrity of the guild.
It means you stand with small businesses, with neighbors, with builders — not with banks or faceless platforms. You refuse to be an evil person!

You’re not just doing business.
You’re taking a stand.

If you’re not happy, you’re not trapped — there’s always a way out.

Dinamyte isn’t a cage. It’s a circle built on trust, value, and choice.
If the Guild isn’t the right fit, you can leave at any time — no penalties, no pressure.

We offer a refund window on your $300 entry fee:

  • 45 days for Guildsman

  • 90 days for Guildfathers

Monthly dues are non-refundable, as they go toward ongoing support, maintenance, and member services.

Before you walk away, we’ll offer to listen, resolve the issue, or improve your experience.

But in the end, the choice is yours — and that’s part of the oath too.

A chamber of commerce connects businesses. Dinamyte binds them.

Chambers offer networking. Dinamyte offers currency, code, and accountability.

We’re not here to shake hands and pass out flyers — we’re here to trade, build, and defend a real economic circle where your work earns you Sparks, your oath means something, and every member is held to a higher standard.

No politics. No fluff.

Dinamyte isn’t a club — it’s a Trade Guild with teeth.
