Dinamyte is proud to announce plans for the future creation of our official Guild Charity — a fund built by and for the people who keep our local community alive and stable.

This charitable arm of The Guild exists to support members and uplift the wider community through both hardship and celebration.

It will provide emergency aid to Guild Merchants facing business-threatening crises, help serious entrepreneurs establish the legal foundation needed to become officially recognized businesses, assist the forgotten and underserved among us, fund community festivals, parades, and circuses — and honor outstanding service and loyalty to the Dinamyte Trading Guild.

Only active Guild members may apply for assistance — but all are welcome to contribute to the strength, spirit, and future of the Guild.

At Dinamyte, we believe in building the next generation of skilled, trustworthy tradesmen and professionals.

Offer short-term student apprenticeships through the Guild — unpaid, skill-based training that gives students real-world experience and your business an extra set of hands. 5-100 hours based on job complexity and continued interest from both all parties.

Students gain mentorship, discipline, and trade exposure. You gain help from motivated learners ready to earn their place.

Only Guild Merchants in good standing may host or recommend apprentices.

Offer guild-wide or individual discounts and receive Sparks at a 1:1 value to replace what you give. Its 100% optional

Use those Sparks to trade with fellow Guild Merchants — keeping value flowing without spending cash.

Sparks will only be earned by referring active businesses to the Guild or by accepting them when offering discounts to your fellow Guild Merchants.
